cold hands
glazed eyes
lights out

in an empty bottle
I see myself
as a needle

black hearse
       followed by
              a yellow speed boat

no mirror
but i see myself
through looking at her

come in first
or fade
into the background

how to choose
better pick soon
tummy grumbles

lost prints
in the snow
followed by    nothing

the snow
brings beauty
                . . . car crash

bridezilla is
here to reign
have a snickers bar

silver and gold
friends
       come
              and
                   go . . .

seeing clearly through
the water
your depths can’t      me
                         sink

in a corner
a flicker makes
it all
go up
in flames

every day
the waves rolling in
Hakuna Matata

I hate that
song as
I sing along

test monday
ready to study
oh, netflix is on . . .

lost in thought
awaking to green lights
honking horns from behind

she’s electric
coursing through my body
I’m warm

my girl’s in
the next room
sometimes I wish she was you

from left
to right
stop    don't move

butterflies—
she opens the door
they fly away

music plays
on the first date
forever our song
