The greatest thing in the world is love. Love is so versatile. I am a better person because I love and because I am loved. I wanted a creative documentation of my love story to date. I believe deeply in artistic expression. Your craft, your vision, love . . . it all comes from you. To create and to be a part of something worthwhile and meaningful you must pour yourself into it. Love and talent are similar in the way that they must mean something to you in order to translate meaning to others. This is for you

you are the poem
I cannot
             put
        into
                  words

your smile is the song
I keep
on repeat

summer road
Greyhound
love songs

my heart breaks
the white in your eye
drives away

ten more minutes
I almost captured you
in my dreams

I switch the tassle
next year
1st grade
