My
name is Igentry Wilson. I was born June 28, 1971 to two Pastors.
I was raised in the City of Decatur, but was blessed with
the accommodation of farm life five miles outside of Mt. Zion,
Illinois in the small town of Casner. I worked on our family
farm from the age of ten until adulthood. My city experiences
are what I focus most of my haiku on. Occasionally, I will
reflect on the country settings for atmospheric reasons. In
the country is where I started writing poetry. As my life
has changed I have become a technological person. I aim to
incorporate technology and some of its jargon into haiku.
