Life's Memories
Selected Haiku
by
Douglas J. Taylor
Dedicated to my wife, Annette, who has
been with me through many of our life’s
joys and sorrows.
Introduction:
This collection of Haiku written about some of the fondest, warmest, and endearing memories in my life, brings joy to my thoughts as I wrote and remembered. It was not hard to remember those who have been close to me in my life. They all bring a smile, sad thought or loving feeling as I read them.
Reader's Introduction:
My husband has really surprised me when I read some of his Haiku. They all have a special meaning to him or to us. My favorite is the snow fort, mom calling, hot coco. Even though I did not know my husband as a child, I also share this same
memory in my childhood, and it brings back many memories from my own past.
