A Somber Cloud drops of rain in my bag a cry windshield wipers distant headlights a flash of yellow |
shifting cloud scenes daydreams… shifting cloud scenes sunset veiled by cloud— craving each other’s touch light Spring drizzle soft song cuts through rain |
Teaching preparing lesson eight o’clock the children enter students whisper moment of understanding time for gym class grading papers |
Rengay a silver mic stands alone standing in complete darkness crowds scream with excitement the lights blind me the crowd falls quiet with sincere emotion |
dirty little secret His grubby sock the pillowcase still smells skin on skin lust between the lines losing you picking up the remnants |
