Flash of Light spring breeze sun shining warm glow comfortable embrace his baseball awakening— • bright flash oscillating fan a soft breeze thoughts search waiting room nerves racing • the jogger pauses useless she can’t handle reluctantly the flower blooms white moth • a summer night the little girl a constant reminder— shining brightly behind shades the swing squeaks • leaves fall walking together weathered romance her white dress together wooden flute • mother’s gentle sigh wondering if tiny imprints through the garden gracefully flying saxophone vibrato • • •
