Growth under the willow their initials the restaurant westward wind alone together do you think of me • the thoughts are worst eyes linger realize where the path ends sand squished between seashells poke corral growing around • my eyes the tides ebb looking into the ocean your smile that summer: shooting up • Jimmy Johns play-fight injury in the coffee shop name and number too much alcohol my arms flop around • Sunday morning service— nodding off . . . eye connection seven digits stumbling hands brush • his best friend suddenly her eyes stars that beckon my heart's prayer our love blossoms pollen clings to the bee • • •
