icicles
hang from

Lo Mein and hot tea
smiles, telling a story
no more work today


throwing open curtains
sun reflecting white
bliss of going back to bed

autumn sunset
caught
in the massive sail

Crumbs on my floor
Open bottle of advil


my imagined play
echoes through
the empty theatre


peaceful and quiet
alone still
sun shine


building igloos
the little boys
deep in snow


quiet day
a sonic boom
a crowded funeral home


buffalo woman
threads          fading
on the wall


tip-toeing
across the solid creek bed
a single air bubble


sitting barefoot
in a clover patch
the breeze begins
