church bells float
through the bitter wind
feels like Christmas

Led Zeppelin echoes
between the falling leaves
homecoming

baby asleep on his chest
feeling so safe
 the storm rumbles outside

  

 

alone at the dock
she thinks of her sailor
his lady was the sea

home for a visit
I open empty drawers
childhood gone
