Haiku Kukai 2
Zen & Haiku • Millikin University • March 2017
the colors of fall |
wind bent pine |
long overdue |
a forest clearing |
broken and bent |
snow covered mountain |
raking leaves into a pile |
midnight quickly approaches |
all alone |
bell rings the swings still swinging |
trying to get healthy |
the sun |
the movie wakes me |
the sweet smell of lemons |
a house versus a home: |
light |
the boy smiled triumphantly |
windows open |
Canadians are different |
the stench of burnt rubber |
stick held high |
the trap is set |
hidden heart |
tiny fingers |
a frog patiently sits |
by her bedside |
finally just right |
educational gaps |
children playing |
the little buttons |
eyelids slowly getting heavy |
nesting |
rise and go |
old mason jars |
snow softens
|
daffodils! |
