pencil shavings fill the air
the sun beats down from the windows
works of art are made

bonfire in the darkness
laughter filling the air while
marshmallows burn on sticks

loud sounds of laughter
playing hide and seek
running fast to catch

winter time
snowflakes falling on the windowpane
sledding in the near future

cannonball
splashing in the water
after jumping off the diving board

gold latch
spin the gold crank
my sunshine

crowds of people holding hand made signs
chanting
fighting for what they believe is right

our childhood turtle Phil
     my sweet hard shelled
          my reptile best bud
