swinging in the park
sunshine reflects
off my son's hair

swinging in the park
sunshine reflects
off my sons hair
childish laughter
as he goes higher

off my son’s hair

a blink of light
across the field
the chase begins

tears are shed
as she reads his words
not meant for her

tears are shed
as she reads his words
not meant for her
in the attic
with sun shining through the window

all alone
in a strange city
will he ever come home

all alone
in a strange city
will he ever come home
the mother waits
by the phone

spring afternoon
walking in the park
sounds of water

bread crumbs
for the ducks

midnight thunder
she calls for daddy
through the bedroom door

Midnight thunder
She calls for daddy
Through the bedroom door
Lightening illuminates
her room

she calls for daddy
through the bedroom door
a disturbing dream
interrupts her slumber

she calls for daddy
through the bedroom door

shines on the bed of three

in a house
with no power
sex heats the room

full moon
shining through the window

With no power
Sex heats the room
Full moon shines
in the window

close your eyes tightly
coin in the well

coin in the well
wishes for love
come true

soft rain
        for a while
creeks running loud now

soft rain
for a while
creeks running loud now
clothes come off
before we jump in

soft rain
for a while
creeks running loud now
pants rolled up
the boys wade in

soft rain
for awhile
creeks running loud now
pants rolled up
the boy wades in

soft rain
for a while
creeks running loud now
mirrors
off the stones

soft rain
for a while
creeks running loud now
the children wade
in the water

soft rain
for a while
creeks running loud now
thunder rumbles
on into the distance

soft rain
for awhile
creek running loud now
erosion
natures fury

cold winter night
a dinner date for two
running late

a dinner date for two
running late
tick tock

Cold winter night
A dinner date for two
Running late
She waits
Patiently

cold winter night
a dinner date for two
running late
she waits patiently
for him to arrive

cold winter night
a dinner plate for two
running late
shrunken candles drip
wax on the tablecloth

cold winter night
a dinner date for two
running late
to the door
greeted by roses

cold winter night
a dinner date for two
running late
two gold shields
at the door

cold winter night
a dinner date for two
running late
she patiently waits
to see his face

cold winter night
a dinner date for two
running late

cold winter night
a dinner date for two
running late
no sex
tonight

cold winter night
a dinner date for two
running late
ice on the steps
she changes out of stilettos

cold winter night
a dinner date for two
running late
she checks her watch
orders another drink

in a cold wind

trees breaking
in a cold wind
marriage mending
holding together
through the storms

trees breaking
in a cold wind
marriage mending
calmness
on an early dawn
