Haiku from My Thoughts
by
Amber Gray
My haiku mainly come from the experiences in my life. When I write a haiku, I mainly think about the events that have occurred in my life lately. I have organized this book in order of the seasons and event occurrences. |
a tree house
fits where the lightening split
the old oak tree |
|
|
charcoal scent
my stomach growls
what’s for dinner? |
one Hour
no passing cars
just kids on bikes
|
|
|
water puddles
trail from the pool
into the house |
campfire stories
from inside the tent
hiding from mosquitos |
|
|
snow day
dad stays home
to help us build a snowman |
