spunta la bella aurora

nincsen erkély
che la bellezza infiora

io scritto biglietto
reste là sur mon coeur
im dunkeln wohl gar

un oeil noir te regarde
fresca siccome il giglio

non è lontano
appena spunta l’alba
O! du mein holder Abendstern

i junoshe v rastsvete
c’est là le devoir

der vogelfänger
crescere
fulgente sol

nella mi scuola
mio tesoro

anyád gyászba öltözködött
toujours la protéger
vince di antichità

in terra peligrino
der mutter schwur

schenket der weisheit geist
wenn sie euch zum richtplatz führen
in diesen heil’gen hallen

come d’uom vicino a morte
un foco insolito mi sento addosso

ella in me le luci affisse
mit dunkel beschwingt
der hölle netz

qu’ils pleurent
nel penetral più sacro di mia magione

come dal ciel precipita l’ombra
dopo sì lunga assenza
le ciel meme devient noir

ora che i giorni lieti fuggir
milyen sötét

da scheinest du

on a pilgrimage
a mother’s vow

I see the sun through your
wandering sigh
the bright day is laughing

the storm comes nearer
the night is growing darker

lighter than the fickle wind
the light behind your window
it penetrates your gown

before your eyes
we are alike

between darkness and light
celestial forms
come into my house

the gems
shackles

down by the sea
ev’rything is veiled in twilight
those cherry lips

the woods
dance a mad circle

the same verses
cover their heads
the horses

open your eyes
I have already spread my net

flowing from those eyes
the same ink
leaving the dead in peace

dusk veils the land
that weighs on my heart

bestow the spirit of wisdom
when they lead you to the gallows
in these sacred halls

as of a man near death
I feel a strange fire inside me

she fixed her eyes on me
winged with darkness
the net of hell

let them cry
in the most sacred chamber of my dwelling

how the shadows fall from the sky
after such a long absence
heaven itself becomes gloomy

now that happy days have fled
all is darkness

there you shine
oh loveliest of stars
young girls smoking cigarettes

I am very fond of your sex
this love, my shame

fisherman cast the bait
