I think that most, if not all, of my haiku were inspired by my boyfriend of two years, Chris. I just thought of times where I've felt the most comfortable and at peace. Most of those times were when I was with him.


warm blanket
falling snow outside
perfection


dried flowers
so alive
when we danced the night away


your cotton afghan
the hours she spent
weaving under the light

 

 

twinkling stars
        me
mountain top
