MEMS

by
Gracie Cleeton

These haiku are about memories of my winter of 2025 of junior year! My haiku are called MEMS! because whenever I would write these this is all I could think about was being able to have memories of things that happen in your life. I decided to include all of the ones I wrote because I think that it wouldn't be my memories if all weren't included. I hope you all enjoy

100 things I would do
3 large coffees
finished at midnight

candy canes
4 red lights
never coming home

red . . .
a state if confession
on top of the roof

fall into
the light
the cave behind my eyes

day by day
all the tears spill
on her desk

just home
welcoming neighbors
home cooked meals
